Questions and answers

Who is Pintle TMS for? For small and medium transport companies — from a few to about a hundred vehicles — in Bulgaria and the EU.

Can I try it for free? Yes. The free plan needs no credit card: up to 5 vehicles, 5 users and 5 drivers. You upgrade when you grow.

In which languages does it work? In 13: Bulgarian, English, Russian, Ukrainian, Romanian, German, Hungarian, Serbian, Albanian, Turkish, Polish, Greek and Macedonian.

Does the driver need a password? No. They sign in with their phone number and a code by SMS.

What does the driver see? Only their own courses — addresses, times, documents — with no prices and no one else’s orders.

Does the app follow the phone all the time? No. The position is taken only when the driver presses a status button or an address confirmation.

What happens if there is no connection? What was pressed is not lost: it is kept with the exact time and sent as soon as there is a connection.

Can the customer send a request by themselves? Yes, by a one-use link, without an account — see A customer’s request by link.

Does the system read requests and documents? Yes: a photo or a PDF of a request, a registration certificate or a document is read and offered to you filled in. You check and confirm; nothing is saved without you. Reading is in the plans from “Start” upwards.

How do I know whether the photo of a CMR is good? It is checked for legibility straight after uploading and you see the result next to the document.

How is VAT charged? 20% for customers in Bulgaria; for EU customers with a VAT number — the reverse charge with a check in VIES.

Who sees my bank details? Only the company’s owner. They are printed on the invoices you issue.

Are invoices sent by e-mail? They can be sent to the customer and the accountant on issue or by hand. Automatic sending is off by default.

How do I pay? By invoice and a bank transfer for a term of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months with a discount. See Subscription.

What happens if the subscription expires? First there is a grace period, then read-only mode. The data is kept, and a payment brings full access back at once.

Who sees what? Each role sees only what it needs (Roles and permissions). Access is checked at the level of the data.

Can I see who changed what? Yes — in History, for the owner.

Where are the documents kept? In private storage; the links to them are signed and expire after about an hour.
