Roles and permissions

Every user in the company has one role. The role decides which menus they see and what they can change — and this is checked at the level of the data, not only on the screens.

Role	What they do	What they do not see
Owner	Everything in the company: team and rights, subscription, bank details, branding, the history of actions, invoices and money.	—
Manager	Manages the fleet, the drivers and the company settings; orders, courses, invoices and margins; approves the assignments proposed by dispatchers.	The bank details, the subscription and the owner’s settings.
Dispatcher	Orders and courses, assigning a truck and a driver, routes and the map, documents of a course.	Invoices and money.
Accountant	Invoices, receivables, payments, expenses, margins, reports and exports.	Routes and the map.
Driver	Only their own courses: addresses, times, documents, statuses.	Prices and other people’s orders.

Note

One paying account can hold several companies. A user who is in more than one chooses which to work with from Switch company.

How rights are changed

The owner changes a colleague’s role in Company and team → Team. The change takes effect at once. Every action in the system is recorded in History (who, what and when), which is visible to the owner too.
